Our contracts have included forestry restock ground prep, woodland creation, mulching, tree shearing, creation and maintenance of forestry roads, in-crop drain maintenance, forest to bog restoration and peatland restoration. As an expanding company, we are always keen to develop our knowledge and experience with different projects using new techniques and skills.

Woodland Creation
We have experience in both commercial and native woodland creation, small and large. Working alongside our Land Management Partners, our experienced staff are always happy to provide any assistance required for a successful outcome.
Peatland Restoration
The overall aim of Peatland Restoration is to reduce the loss of carbon and return these areas to their natural state. We have experience in open hill and forest to bog restoration in various sites including The Flow Country, the first Peatland World Heritage Site.
Forest Restock Ground Prep
After harvesting of commercial crops, our team of operators can use a range of ground preparation techniques to prepare your site for the establishment of a successful crop.
Soft Groundworks
Bruce Todd Ltd have a wide range of low ground pressure excavators and experienced staff to suit sites where environmental impact is required to be kept to minimum.
Forest Roads
We have a wide range of experience in maintenance and construction of forest roads to facilitate our clients’ requirements.
Drain Maintenance
To ensure our customers timber crops can be accessed and harvested, we provide a range of services from in crop drain maintenance to roadside ditch clearance.
Mulching
Our mulching service includes keeping access roads and wayleaves clear of overgrown vegetation, gorse removal, regen tree removal and whole tree mulching on sensitive sites.
Tree Shearing
Tree shearing allows us to remove timber from windblown areas and trees that are dangerous or diseased that present a hazard.
